For those who require some help in finding the right venue but are also happy to take on a more involved role themselves, we offer:
• A consultation at a convenient location followed by a written quotation
• Desk research using our extensive personally visited venue database, including some of our secret finds, as well as a comprehensive search of new venues
• Provisional booking of dates with venue and related ceremony when possible
• Preparation of brief email proposal with costings
• Arranging of appointments for you to view unaccompanied and handover of relevant information relating to the chosen venue

• Visits to potential suitable venues by Sponsalis with you in mind

• Preparation of detailed written proposal with associated budgets, photos and inside information
• Accompanying you on a one day site inspection to walk through how the wedding day would run and the various options
• Research for suitable accommodation for your guests
• Contract negotiation with the venue and confirmation of booking

Invitation & RSVP Management

This service is for those who find themselves too short of time to manage the invitation process for their wedding or just simply don’t want to do it! This includes:

• Meeting at a convenient location to choose from a selection of samples provided by our excellent suppliers
• Suggested wording and etiquette advice
• Preparing and managing the print of invitation attachments such as accommodation recommendations, maps and directions
• Managing the complete design and print process
• Managing a calligraphy service if needed. Cost of calligrapher additional
• Compiling a database from addresses supplied by you in electronic format
• Preparing, collating and mailing one set of invites excluding cost of postage
• Logging guest responses, advising you of non-responders for chasing, ensuring special requirements are noted and fulfilled such as diets, children’s requirements, illness
• Acting as the primary point of contact for any guests with queries
• Handing all information over to you for preparation of seating plans and notifying caterers and suppliers

Accommodation Management

For those couples with a large proportion of out of town guests, we offer the following service:
• Researching and locating suitable hotel options
• Negotiating and setting up group bookings within relevant properties for your guests (using a credit card number provided by you as a guarantee)
• Acting as a point of contact for your guests to make bookings
• Supplying all relevant information to the hotel such as a rooming list with special requirements

On The Day Management

Having spent numerous days, weeks and months planning a wedding, there are those who feel the need for extra reassurance on the day itself that everything is going to go as planned and envisaged. We have introduced the following service to offer peace of mind, knowing that an experienced, hands-on planner will be there to make sure that everything runs seamlessly;

• A consultation at a convenient location to discuss your wedding day
• A detailed handover meeting between the planner and yourselves 1-2 weeks before the wedding date to handover details, contacts and materials for the day
• ‘On the Day’ attendance of one planner inclusive of travel expenses for 10 hours availability.

Bookings for this service are taken within 90 days of the wedding date and are subject to availability.
